Dr. Nourbakhsh, Chairman of Iran Central Bank, passed away last night. He was one of the few Iranian officials who actually had the knowledge of his carrier. Though many poeple critisize him for his works especially during the price boom in 1373-74, I believe in overal comparing to others, he served our chaotic economy in a good way.
