My friend was telling me that the most likely scenario for next year gas price is that there would be two different prices. 65 tomans per litre with coupon and 200 tomans without. I was telling him that everyone with preliminary economics knowledge knows that coupon won�t work. He replied that coupon is only for a year and the only reason is to reduce the shock of the price jump!

I think it is smart idea!
